For Seniors

Testament to the excercize craze of the Eighties
I found these strange yet graphically appealing signs while walking Olive through Al Coith park downtown. My guess is these activity boards were designed to invite the vibrant elderly population in the nearby retirement towers out to excercize a little more...in the Regean era! It was like stepping back in time to when 60 minute workout was blasting from every TV - you can almost see the empty TCBY containers. The rotted wood and faded signs tell me that the excercize trails have given way to racoon scratching posts and splinterly pillows for the homeless. Use the "crotch bench" at your own risk!
